Reception is open daily from 06:30 to 23:00. Outside these hours you can reach us in urgent emergencies by telephone on +41 31 560 71 56.

Check-in is possible from 16:00. A 24-hour check-in is also possible on request.

Check-out is until 11:00 am.

You can pay at reception in cash, by debit card or credit card. Accepted credit cards: American Express, Diners, Visa and Mastercard.

The breakfast buffet is located on the first floor.

Typical harry’s home: a rich assortment of regional and homemade food and drinks. Warm egg dishes, fresh fruit salad, freshly baked cakes, a large selection of sausage, ham and cheese as well as muesli with various cereals and honey from our own bee sponsorship. Plus coffee specialties, tea, milk, cocoa and various fruit juices.

Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the hotel – in the rooms and in all public areas. Simply select the “harry’s home” network, no password required.

Yes, on request you can have a Nespresso machine including 5 capsules in your room for CHF 5 per day.

Yes, neck rolls, neck support pillows and spelt pillows are available on request at reception.

Yes, each room has a safe in the closet. Please use this for your valuables – the hotel cannot accept any liability for the loss of valuables in the room.

At harry’s home, you decide whether and how often your room is cleaned. Linen and towels can be changed on request – this is our joint contribution to the environment.

Yes, washing machines and dryers are available in the service point on the 1st floor for a coin. Detergent can be purchased at reception. You will also find an ironing station there. Washing and ironing of guest laundry is also possible on request and for a fee at reception.

Bathrobes are available on request at reception for a fee. Sewing kits and laundry bags are also available there.

The service points on the 1st and 2nd floors provide you with everything you need around the clock: snacks, cold drinks, small ready meals and toiletries such as toothbrushes, razors, slippers and facial tissues. On the 1st floor you will also find washing machines, dryers and an ironing station.

harry’s living room is our cozy meeting place in the hotel – lobby, bar and lounge all in one. Here you can relax with a cup of tea or a drink, work (with charging facilities) or order your favorite meal from our delivery service. Simply feel at home.

In any case! The spacious rooms and apartments offer plenty of room – even for larger families. Rooms with connecting doors can be perfectly combined to create an even larger apartment. Apartments with their own kitchen make family life even easier. There is also a children’s playroom on the first floor.

There is an absolute smoking ban in the entire harry’s home. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or outside the hotel. In the event of non-compliance, the costs of a fire department call-out (approx. CHF 2,500) and special cleaning (CHF 200) will be charged.
